Data Deletion
Use this page for Meta App Review and user requests regarding the removal of OpenReply account, workspace, Instagram, and campaign data.
1. Disconnect Instagram (Instant)
Sign in to your dashboard, open Settings, and select Disconnect Instagram. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored Instagram access token and permanently stops all automations and private reply jobs.
2. Complete Account & Data Deletion Request
To request permanent deletion of all your workspace data, campaign logs, webhook records, and profile metadata, send an email to our designated privacy officer:

Please include your registered email address and connected Instagram handle (@username). All user records are permanently purged from our PostgreSQL database within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt.
3. Identity Verification & Confirmation
We may request confirmation from your registered email address to verify identity before executing the deletion. A confirmation email will be sent once the purge is complete.
